97-YEAR-OLD D-DAY VET PARACHUTES INTO Normandy ONE MORE TIME

A D-Day veteran gets to relive his Normandy experience at almost exactly the same time as he did 75 years ago to fight Hitler and his Nazis regime, except this time he was greeted with smiles and cheers instead of the thunder of machine guys raining bullets at him and his comrades. Tome Rice, was dropped into a friendly Normandy field from a C-47 transport plane on Wednesday, amongst a group of other parachutists, just like they did on June 6, 1944. “It went perfect, perfect jump,” Rice told CTV source after regaining his breath. “I feel great. I’d go up and do it all again.” For more details on the big Normandy event, click the link below.
