At least 33 people have been pronounced dead inside of an anime studio in Kyoto Japan, in what police are calling an act of arson. According to Complex, a 41 year-old man has been arrested in what Japan Times are reporting to be the deadliest mass murder incident in Japan since the Myojo 56 building fire back in 2001. Sources report of witnesses claiming to have seen a man at the scene of the fire screaming “Die!” and “Drop dead” while going around pouring gasoline everywhere. There were said to be around 70 people in the building with bodies being found across several different floors and staircases throughout the studio. So far the suspect of this horrendous arson attack is currently being treated for injuries in a Kyoto hospital, while families of the victims are left to mourn the loss of their loved ones who were burned to death by an apparent mad-man.
