It would appear that U.S. President Donald Trump has more than just a few words for Prime Minister Stefan Lofven in regards to the recent arrest of New York rapper ASAP Rocky. According to Complex, the not-so-loved Trump took to twitter to let off a stream of tweets to the Swedish Prime Minister, telling him to treat Americans fairly and to release ASAP Rocky. “Very disappointed in
Prime Minister Stefan Lofven for being unable to act. Sweden has let our African Community down in the United States,” was one of the many tweets Donald sent off. “I watched the tapes of ASAP Rocky, and he was being followed by troublemakers. Treat Americans fairly! #FreeRocky.” Donald is not the only person to come out and speak on the ASAP’s current situation as celebrities such Kim Kardashian and fellow rapper Kanye West also stressed the new for America’s President to step in and help the rapper be released. While the popular opinion seems to be that ASAP Rocky has been falsely imprisoned and was merely acting on self-defence, Donald Trump has wasted no time in capitalizing off of the free publicity and once again showing his lack of Presidential professionalism to the media.
