Well you would think that inheriting one of the worlds most successful beverage companies in the world, would have been enough already to keep Alkiviades David from attempting to smuggle weed aboard his private jet. The billionaire heir was arrested by customs officials for trying to bring 5,000 cannabis plants (reported to have a value over $1.3million), to the Caribbean Island of St. Kitts. So far David has been charged with importation of a controlled drug into the federation, intent to supply, and possession of controlled drugs. The bail had been set at $30,000 to which the billionaire clearly had no trouble paying. Reports from Vancouver Sun claim that David is scheduled to appear in court on May 14. It seems all the money in the world wasn’t enough for the man who was in line to receive the classic Coca-Cola brand.
