The Young Money Cash Money rapper Lil Wayne has once again made his way on the Billboard top 200 chart. With the release of his new album Funeral, Weezy F Baby celebrates his fifth time being No.1 on the chart in his career. The album (released Jan. 31) was dropped under Young Money/Republic Records, and according to Billboards has sold about 139,000 total units to date (Feb 6). A large portion of those numbers were do to streaming, which made up of 72% or 99,000 of the units sold. Physical copies themselves made up 38,000 of those sales. The New Orleans rap star’s last time at the no.1 spot was back in 2018, when he dropped Tha Carter V. Looks like Lil Wayne will not stay retired from music after all.
