West coast rapper Mozzy, is following the foot steps of fallen rap legend Nipsey Hussle as sources from VLADTV claim that Mozzy celebrated a massive real-estate investment and revealed to the public that he just purchased his first apartment complex. The news was shared via Instagram, where Mozzy posted a conversation between him and his realtor, John Campell, which revealed that the rapper paid $970,000 for a property that was listed at $1,059,000. The photo was posted with a caption that read, “Closing on my first Apartment complex!!! Landlord of Da Gangland, they kno wats hattnin!!! Hella Juiced.” Even fellow California rapper YG commented on his post, sharing that he had also just recently purchased an apartment complex. It seems that Nipsey Hussles’s ‘marathon’ to promote black owned business in the community is alive and well in California.
